Terms and Conditions for Shot Worth Taking LLC by Heather Robison

Welcome to Shot Worth Taking Photography ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our photography services, website, and any related content. By booking a session or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to engage in our services. You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
2. Services Offered
We offer a range of photography services, including but not limited to:
Family Portraits
Maternity Sessions
Couples Portraits
Boudoir Photography
Lifestyle and Fashion Photography
Children’s School Portraits
Corporate Headshots
Specific details about each service, including pricing, duration, and package options, are available on our website or upon request.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1. Reservation
To book a session, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. This deposit secures your date and time.
3.2. Payment
The remaining balance is due by 24 hours prior to the session. Payments can be made through credit card, PayPal, CashApp, Venmo or Cash. If full payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
3.3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment will be allowed ONE reschedule, if a date for rescheduled is not decided within 7 days of the original appointment date, it will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session one time without penalty, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee of 20%.
4. Session Logistics
4.1. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for the session. If a client is late, the session may be shortened, and the full session fee will still apply.
4.2. Outfits and Props
Clients are encouraged to bring outfits and props that reflect their personal style. We may provide guidance on suitable attire and props, as well as provide props upon having a free consultation before scheduling your appointment.
5. Image Delivery
5.1. Editing and Selection
The Photographer will edit a specific number of images based on the booked package. Additional edits can be requested for an extra fee.
5.2. Online Gallery
Clients will receive access to an online gallery within 2 weeks after the session, where they can view, download, and order prints of their images.
5.3. Print Release
Clients receive a print release allowing personal use of the images. Commercial use, alteration, or distribution requires prior written consent from the Photographer.
6. Copyright and Usage Rights
The Photographer retains copyright to all images captured during the session. Clients may use the images for personal purposes only. Any commercial use, alteration, or distribution requires written permission.
7. Model Release
By booking a session, clients grant permission for the Photographer to use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials. If a client prefers not to have their images used, they must notify the Photographer in writing before the session.
8. Liability
The Photographer is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the session. Clients are responsible for their safety and the safety of any participants during the shoot.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Logan County, Oklahoma.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
